A dashboard view allows you to group orders based on your filters.
For example, you can create a view for all your orders with pending status to speed up your fulfillment process and another view for orders with errors status to fix orders faster.
You can also create more complicated views to optimize your order fulfillment management.
For example, you can create a view that displays orders where multiple filters are applied:
the shipping method is 7-11,
has a customer comment,
AND the order status is pending.
This view will be helpful to your customer support, so they won’t miss your customer comments before the order is fulfilled.
