However, ECPay will take up to 24 hours to send the latest order statuses. This is why sometimes you will see an old order status.
If you are in need to see the latest order status, we recommend you use the online tracking form. For this, you need to:
Click on the tracking number to open the online tracking form.
Input the tracking number and the security code.
You will be able to see in real-time the order status.
