1. Duki Widget

Your customers will interact with Duki through a widget in your storefront. Duki Widget will help your customers to:

• Validate shipping information.

• Display shipping methods available.

• Load convenience store map selection.

• Suggest the best shipping rates.

The Duki widget loads when the customer starts the checkout. This can be:

1. At the product page when clicking on the "Buy Now" button.

2. At the cart page when clicking on the "Checkout" Button.

2. Duki Dashboard

Merchants will use the Duki Dashboard in their store backend to manage order fulfillment:

• Bulk print shipping labels.

• View tracking and order status.

• Create private fulfillment notes for your team.

• See customer orders comment easily.

• Create new views with filters for better order management.

• Quickly edit order shipping data.
